Blog's back up. It's moved. Lots of things are broken. We'd sure be grateful if you posted a comment for anything you noticed that was blatantly broken, not including my English usage, dramatic pacing, or didactic skill.

One thing I already know is broken are post permalinks. That'll take me some time; the import broke all the blog post slugs. I'll probably only fix the N most popular posts.

In the meantime, thanks as always for your patience and attention and goodwill.

So, it looks like most of your permalinks have pretty descriptive URLs.

As a thought on how to automate the old -> new URL mapping, perhaps you could have some custom 404 error handling for URLs that look right, which automatically splits up the last bit of the URL and runs it through your blog search engine. So, like: http://www.matasano.com/log/1693/matasano-pfi-as-seen-on-tv/ -> http://chargen.matasano.com/display/Search?searchQuery=matasano+pfi+as+seen+on+tv
Not sure if your search functionality has an "I'm feeling lucky" mode, but that would automate the experience for the user even further.
